REFUND POLICY

We ask for a small deposit of $100 to secure a date for your function. We can make changes to your booking up until about a week before the event.

The balance is usually payable on the day of the event. If for any circumstances you need to postpone or cancel your event, we understand. However it is almost guaranteed that we have had to say ‘no’ to another event to book your one it, and there’s a huge chance the other party has already booked in another caterer.

As a result all deposits are non refundable however we are more than happy to apply the full value of your deposit to your next booking with us as long as its made within 12 months of the original date. If you’re simply postponing your event to a new date, this means there are no changes and no extra charges.
